Berkeley Marina Accommodations

    The TSR&TP will pay for you to share a double occupancy room for Friday night at the Berkeley Marina with another TSR&TP affiliate. You can choose a TSR&TP affiliated roommate when you register, or we will choose one for you.

    Private Room: If you wish to have the room to yourself, the cost will be $80 for Friday night. You can pay with a Visa, Mastercard or a check payable to the UC Regents. Details and a payment slip will be presented when you register on the web.

    Accompanying Guests: If you wish to bring guests, the cost will be $100. The price includes meals for your guests: Friday's banquet dinner, and Saturday's breakfast and lunch.

    Cancelation/Refund Policy: All payments must be received by the Director's Office by no later than March 30, 2009 or your private room/guest(s) reservation will be canceled and you will be roomed with another TSR&TP affiliate. The last day to cancel reservations for a refund is April 6, 2009.

    Saturday Lodging: The TSR&TP does not pay for Saturday accommodations, however, we are providing a discounted rate of $156 for a single or double room.

Meals

    The TSR&TP will host a banquet on Friday evening. We will also provide breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Vegetarian options will be available for all meals.

    Since all meals will be provided, the TSR&TP will not reimburse for meal expenses.

Travel Reimbursements

In order to receive reimbursement for your travel expenses, your voucher and a signed travel expense worksheet must be received by the TSR&TP Director's Office no later than June 1, 2009. Instructions and forms will be included in the registration packet you will receive at the Symposium.
