Mission Inn AccommodationsThe TSR&TP will pay for you to share a double occupancy room for Friday night at the Mission Inn with another TSR&TP affiliate. You can choose a TSR&TP affiliated roommate when you register, or we will choose one for you. Private Room: If you wish to have the room to yourself, the cost will be $80 for Friday night. You can pay with a Visa, Mastercard or a check payable to the UC Regents. Details and a payment slip will be presented when you register on the web. Accompanying Guests: If you wish to bring guests, see the costs below. The price includes meals for your guests: Friday's banquet dinner, and Saturday's breakfast and lunch. Guest Prices: Cancelation/Refund Policy: All payments must be received by the Director's Office by no later than Friday, March 14, 2008 or your private room/guest(s) reservation will be canceled and you will be roomed with another TSR&TP affiliate. The last day to cancel reservations for a refund is Friday, March 21, 2008. Saturday Lodging: The TSR&TP does not pay for Saturday accommodations, however, we are providing discounted rates (see below). Saturday Prices: MealsThe TSR&TP will host a banquet on Friday evening. We will also provide breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Vegetarian options will be available for all meals. Since all meals will be provided, the TSR&TP will not reimburse for meal expenses.
